WHEN SHOULD YOU CONTACT US?
To be as clear as possible: the earlier, the better.
Qualified advice at the earliest possible time will allow you to avoid superfluous litigation, as well as ensuring inevitable litigation is tackled with intent.
HOW DO WE CHARGE OUR CLIENTS?
Before we become active for you, we will not only discuss the chances of success with you, but also explain the full breadth of our services, and the path forward, at which point the respective costs will be laid down.
In certain areas (debt collection, domiciliation of firms), we also offer fixed rates.
FRIENDLY SETTLEMENT OR LITIGATION?
We will help you make the decision whether, on thorough analysis of the case, a friendly settlement presents itself as a better option to an inestimably long litigation procedure.
Various factors, especially with an eye on the cost, play a central role in this decision:
- Can the law be unambiguously interpreted in your case?
- Is the evidence on your part of high enough quantity and quality?
There are, however, certain cases in which litigation is inescapable, for example when the opposing party refuses to enter negotiations on a friendly settlement.
HOW SHOULD YOU PREPARE FOR THE FIRST MEETING?
- We represent YOUR interests!
- We keep you from making faulty decisions or overreaching.
- We act under absolute confidentiality - you can talk completely openly with us: we will listen.
- TRUST is the basis for working well together.
A thorough preparation is needed before the first meeting. Any and all important documents will allow us to give you accurate and complete advice.
We look forward to working with you, for you !
